OM Rec Basket Ball website aims to foster better basketball on Oak Mountain. Our league is designed exclusively for boys in 2nd-6th grades within the Oak Mountain school district / zone, providing them with an opportunity to participate in organized, semi-competitive basketball at an elevated level. It is our utmost priority to instill the fundamentals of basketball, nurture skill development, and foster confidence in our young players. We believe in imparting valuable life lessons by embracing both victories and defeats – a testament to the importance of sportsmanship. To celebrate the culmination of the season, we keep track of the teams’ records and conclude with an electrifying playoff to crown our deserving champions.
